BIO

Ryan is an independent Pop/HipHop artist with influences from Mac Demarco, Benny Sings and Andre 3000. He runs the stage with his music and unique personality. He loves playing a healthy mix of his favorite original songs and covers. Ryan wants you to laugh and leave with a feeling of Euphoria.

Ryan’s interest in music was jump started by his uncles interest in folk and americana music. Playing the guitar, Ryan picked up songs from James Taylor and Jim Croce, and quickly gained a passion for Wes Montgomery and Pat Metheny. Ryan loves a chance to switch from his upbeat originals to light up his folk favorites.

Ryan’s band backs up his energy on stage and pushes his originals to new depths. His band consists of Drew Debban on drums, Delos Erickson on keys, Robert Lassila on bass, and Ben Harris on sax and flute. Each band member brings a background in Jazz performance and a love for creating an exciting live sound experience with Ryan.

Ryan is currently working with Portland/Eugene artists and producers. His recent releases include: “Summer” with Devon O’Brien and “Remnants of Her” with Nate Frary.
